Thinking Together About Reparations

Please join us after service on February 23rd for a discussion with Dr. Mia Charlene White, an assistant professor of urban & environmental studies at the New School, about how we can become empowered to learn about the racial and environmental history of our church. Dr. White is an interdisciplinary scholar who combines geographical and sociological praxis-based approaches to research and pedagogy. She will share resources and methods for digging deep into our local histories and help us envision how this kind of work can lead to a more just and equitable future.
