To our long-term partner organizations in Nicaragua who have suffered through recent national turmoil\, it is life-affirming to receive your gifts of gently used\, no-longer-needed goods: Summer clothing/swimwear/shoes; bed and bath linens; sturdy dolls and toys; unbreakable pots/pans/flatware; lawn/garden tools; baseball/soccer uniforms and equipment; school/crafts/office supplies; laptops; small flat-screen TVs; small appliances. Clean and working items only! Please box or bag donations and leave in “Nicaragua room” in church basement (follow signs). DESCRIPTION:Bags to Benches Recycling Challenge:\nThe Summit Area GreenFaith Circle is partnering with Trex to collect and remove 500lbs of plastic bags and film packaging. See the poster in the Atrium for examples of film packaging. Starting September 16th you can drop off your plastic at Christ Church. Plastic must be clean and dry with no food residue.  Once we achieve the goal Trex will reward us with a bench made from recycled plastic.

DESCRIPTION:On September 9th we return to two worship services! \n\n\nDuring the school year\, we have a family-friendly worship with a variety of music at 9:30 AM. We also have an 11:15 AM worship service\, featuring meditative jazz piano and communion.\nNursery care is provided during both services.  Our children’s Sunday School is available during the first service.
